I've always known there was more beneath the surface.

More beneath the silence. More beneath the "I'm fine." More beneath the version of yourself you've been presenting to the world because it felt safer than the real one.

I'm Johnna. I'm aware AF, endlessly curious, and I have a bit of a potty mouth!

My real awakening started after having my kids. Chronic health issues, hormonal chaos, nerve pain, the "nothing's wrong with you" kind of suffering. It pushed me to stop looking for surface-level fixes and start actually finding myself. That search led me through some of the most powerful healing work I've ever encountered, and eventually into a multitude of my own practitioner trainings. I rewired my relationship with alcohol, money, connection, and how I thought I had to show up. I found my own rhythm.

And then I realized: this is the work!

Today I help women extract their greatness, their real aspirations, and their true visions out of hiding. The shit that fear, conditioning, shame, and outdated beliefs have been sitting on top of.

I'm also a connector. Of women to each other. Of women back to themselves!

I'm not here to sugar-coat or coddle you...I'm here to crack something open!

My work lives in audio, energy, and embodied experience. Whether you're dropping into a digital experience on your own or showing up for something live, you'll leave feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more like yourself.

When I'm not in session I'm cooking with my fam, playing outside with my kids, diving into another cosmic rabbit hole, or making something that stirs the soul!
